스튜디오 그레이스케일의 이치로 이자카야 바입니다

이치로 이자카야 바는 세계에서 가장 지속 가능한 쇼핑센터가 되는 것을 목표로 하는 버우드 브릭웍스에 위치한 일식당입니다. 이치로는 센터의 높은 지속가능성 기준에 따라 설계되었습니다.

이 개념은 일본의 전통적인 디자인 원리와 현대적인 서양 요소들의 융합에 의해 영향을 받았습니다.

전체 핏 아웃은 환경적으로 지속 가능한 또는 재활용된 재료 마감재로 구성되며, 사용하기 전에 엄격한 선택과 승인 과정을 거쳤습니다.

재활용된 메스메이트는 목재로 사용되었으며, 재활용된 팔레트는 검은색으로 칠해져 바의 상부에 걸쳐 사용되었습니다.

Ichiro Izakaya Bar by Studio Grayscale

Ichiro Izakaya Bar is a Japanese restaurant located at Burwood Brickworks – which aims to be the world’s most sustainable shopping centre. Ichiro was designed in accordance with the centre’s high sustainability standards.

The concept was influenced by a fusion of traditional Japanese design principles and modern western elements.

The entire fit-out is constructed from environmentally sustainable or recycled materials finishes, which went through a rigorous selection and approval process before they could be used.

Recycled messmate was used throughout as a feature timber and reclaimed palettes were painted black and utilised across the upper section of the bar.
