흙, 동굴, 숲 모티브 레스토랑 [GYRE.FOOD] Atelier Tsuyoshi Tane Architects

GYRE.FOOD 레스토랑 & 상점: 아틀리에 츠요시 테인 건축가의 작품입니다.

GYRE 단지는 2007년 네덜란드 건축가 MVRDV에 의해 개관된 이후 "세계의 주제적 이슈를 의식하면서 사는 것"이라는 의미를 가진 "SHOP & ThINK"의 철학을 가지고 있습니다. 소용돌이나 회전을 뜻하는 GYRE라는 이름으로 철학을 통해 새로운 에너지와 사람을 끌어당기는 독특한 상업시설이 되었습니다. ATTA는 '1층, 1개 개념'이라는 아이디어를 바탕으로 GYRE 4층의 1,000m2를 설계하였으며, 공간은 GYRE로 재탄생하게 됩니다.2019년 11월 식품입니다.

GYRE의 디자인입니다.FOOD는 생명의 순환에 필수적인 흙 –에서 영감을 얻습니다. 바닥과 벽은 울창한 숲과 열대 밀림, 그리고 고대 도시 폐허의 뒤쪽에 있는 동굴을 연상시키는 흙으로 덮여 있습니다. 이 통합 플로어 공간에는 식당, 상점, 바 등이 포함되어 있으며 이벤트를 개최할 예정입니다.

ATTA는 그 디자인을 통해 과거의 식습관에 근거하여 미래를 위한 음식문화를 질문하는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 도쿄의 음식 문화의 미래를 창조하는 ATTA는 손님들이 식사를 즐기면서 기후, 생활 주기, 환경 문제에 대해 생각할 수 있는 기회를 주기를 바라고 있습니다.

GYRE.FOOD Restaurants & Shops by Atelier Tsuyoshi Tane Architects

The GYRE complex has, since its opening in 2007 by Dutch architects MVRDV, had the philosophy of “SHOP & THINK” with the meaning of “living while being aware of topical issues of the world”. With the name GYRE, meaning vortex or rotation, it has become a unique commercial facility that attracts new energy and people through its philosophy. Based on the idea of ‘one floor, one concept’, ATTA designed 1,000m² of the GYRE 4th floor and the space will be reborn as GYRE.FOOD in November 2019.

The design of GYRE.FOOD is inspired by soil – which is vital to the circulation of life. Its floor and walls are covered with soils that are reminiscent of a cave in the back of a dense forest, a tropical jungle, and ancient city ruins. This integrated floor space includes restaurants, shops, bars and will host events.

Through its design, ATTA aims to question food culture for the future based on past eating habits. Creating the future of Tokyo’s food culture, ATTA hopes to give an opportunity for guests to think about the climate, life cycles and environmental issues while enjoying a meal.
