장인정신을 표현한 단델리온 초콜릿 매장 [Bean to Bar Lounge] Dandelion Chocolate

단델리온 초콜릿으로 바 라운지까지 갔습니다.

이 프로젝트의 가장 중요한 요소는 사용된 재료의 최고이자 예기치 못한 매력을 발산하는 것이었습니다. 사용된 주요 재료는 "서양식 레더"였는데, 일본 내 첫 번째 가게에서도 사용되고 있다. 우리는 모사 패턴을 모사처럼 한 조각씩 쌓아서 재료의 본질을 고르지 않게 사용했습니다. 같은 재료를 사용했음에도 불구하고, 그것들을 잘라냄으로써, 저는 성공적으로 보는 각도에 따라 표현들을 바꿀 수 있었습니다. 우리는 이것이 "콩에서 바까지"라는 단델리온의 매력적인 아이디어와 일치한다고 믿습니다. 단델리온은 코코아 콩의 유래나 볶는 방법에 따라, 만들어진 초콜릿 바마다 조심스럽고 독특함을 배치하여 장인 정신에 대한 감각을 표현합니다.

Bean to Bar Lounge by Dandelion Chocolate

The most important element of this project was to bring out the best and unexpected charms of the materials used. The main material used was “western redcedar”, which is also used in their first store in Japan. we stacked up a mosaic pattern by piling together pieces one by one like a parquet, making use of the essence of the material uneven colors. Despite using the same materials, by cutting them out, I was successfully able to vary the expressions depending on the viewing angles. We believe it aligns with Dandelion’s attractive idea of “Bean to Bar”, where depending on the cocoa beans’ origins or the way they are roasted, there is a care and uniqueness placed on each bar of chocolate created, expressing their sense for craftsmanship.
